At Moffitt Cancer Center we are passionate and committed to our mission towards the prevention and cure of cancer. We are fortunate to be able to provide support to those organizations who share a similar mission and purpose. We provide some of that support through sponsorships. To help us better understand your needs please complete the sponsorship request form. All sponsorship requests will be reviewed by our Sponsorship Committee for their consideration. However, as much as we would like to extend our support to all cancer related events, we will not be able to support every request that we receive. We receive hundreds of requests each year and can only support a small number of those requests. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to supporting our community.

Ineligible Activities

Sponsorship/Activities that Moffitt does not support

• Requests that only benefit an individual person or family. Including personal interest unrelated to the Center’s mission
• Religious activities that further a particular religious doctrine
• Raffles
• School affiliated activities (i.e. school fundraisers, choirs, sports teams, drama club, etc.)
• Local youth sports organizations
• Travel expenses
• Political groups or organizations that support partisan programs

Conditions:
Requests should be made at least 3 months in advance of the event and will be reviewed on a monthly basis.
All Moffitt internal requests must be approved by the department VP or EVP.
Once approved, requests will be handled by Faith Pilafas.
For any request with deliverables that is being submitted by a Moffitt team member, please note that the respective team member will be responsible for coordinating all deliverables including the fulfilment of attendees. Additionally, for table sponsor that includes invitations and attendance at an event, kindly liaise with the following respective administrative personnel to ensure that we utilize the allocated seats with the appropriate Moffitt representatives.
